We gave the sconce the same honesty: a band of leather wraps the brass and closes with a visible seam, a round backplate carries it like a hook on the wall, and a linen shade softens the light into a warm, even glow.

It is a leather wall sconce that feels tailored rather than trendy, at home in a modern traditional or transitional home. The 1-light is a slim bedside wall sconce and a natural fit along a hallway or stairwell; the 2-light spreads two shades along a stitched leather bar to flank a mirror, a fireplace or a console. Choose brown leather for warmth or black for a sharper outline.

Specifications

Leather

Bridell: Genuine leather strap, stitched closed; Typical alternative: PU or vinyl leather-look wrap

Over time

Bridell: Softens and gains a patina; Typical alternative: Can peel, crack or fade

Frame

Bridell: Brass stem, fittings and backplate; Typical alternative: Iron with brass-tone paint

Shade

Bridell: White linen fabric; Typical alternative: Polyester or plastic-backed

Choices

Bridell: 1 or 2 lights, brown or black leather; Typical alternative: Usually one version only

Bulbs

Bridell: E12 or E14, dims with dimmable bulbs; Typical alternative: Often fixed, non-dimmable LED

Before dispatch

Bridell: Each sconce checked, 5–10 days; Typical alternative: Not always stated

1-Light

Ø 6.1″ × H 12.6″ Dia 15.5 cm × H 32 cm

Max power

40W

Voltage

AC 110-240V

Control

Switch, dimmable with dimmable bulbs

Environment

IP20, indoor dry locations only

Good to Know

01 Can it dim?

It depends on the bulb.
