The backplate is folded into a clean right angle, the sphere is cut and polished from one block of alabaster, and the two simply lean against each other with nothing else in the way.

Alabaster carries light through the stone itself, so the sphere glows evenly and the veining only appears once the sconce is switched on. Above and below it, the open plate lays two soft pools of light across the wall, which lets a small fixture light a whole corner without a single point of glare.

Specifications

Width

10.2″ 26 cm

Projection from wall

7.1″ 18 cm

Height

9.4″ 24 cm

Shade

Natural alabaster sphere, white

Frame

Brass

Finishes

Black, Gold, Nickel

Size

L 10.2″ × W 7.1″ × H 9.4″

Size (cm)

L 26 × W 18 × H 24 cm

Bulb

G9 × 1, bulb not included

Max power

40W

Voltage

AC 110–240V

Control

Button switch

Good to Know

Is the sphere real alabaster?

Yes.
