If you buy a dimming bulb, This lamp will achieve a dimming function.

What is the lamp actually made of?

Both the shade and the carved base are hand-shaped from natural alabaster — a real translucent stone, not resin, acrylic, or glass — finished with a brass detail at the neck. The cloud-like marbling across this natural stone table lamp is the stone's own veining, so every lamp is one of a kind. Slight variation from piece to piece is natural and is the mark of genuine stone.

What are the dimensions?

This ribbed alabaster table lamp measures H 9.8″ (25 cm) × Ø 11.8″ (30 cm) at the shade — a compact, sculptural size ideal for a nightstand, console, desk, or dresser.
