Is the glass really hand-blown?
Yes. Every ribbed tube is mouth-blown by hand — never machine-pressed or molded acrylic. Because it's hand-blown, each tube has tiny ripples and gentle variations that are unique to your piece, which is the mark of real artisan glass, not a defect.
What bulbs does it take, and can it be dimmed?
It uses standard E12/E14 bulbs—either LED or Edison style. Dimming functionality is available if a compatible dimmable bulb is connected to a dimmer switch. (Please purchase dimmable light bulbs if you require dimming.)
Which size should I choose?
It comes in 2-, 3-, 4-, 5-, and 9-tier sizes, from ∅ 11″ to ∅ 41.3″. Over a dining table, aim for a fixture half to two-thirds the table's width; for a room centerpiece, add the room's length and width in feet — that total in inches is a good guide to the ideal diameter.
What colors are available?
The glass comes in a spectrum of tones — clear, amber, blush pink, aqua blue, and cloud tones among others. The same starburst form can read crisp and modern in clear glass, or warm and jewel-like in a color.
Can it be customized?
Yes. We offer full customization of dimensions, glass color, finish, and wire length. Each fixture ships with a 150 cm / 59″ wire that can be lengthened for tall stairwells or foyers — just contact us before ordering.
