1 Power Off & PositionSwitch off power at the breaker and confirm the wires are dead with a voltage tester. Hold the sconce to the wall and mark your mounting height — center about 48–52″ from the floor beside a bed. Handle the stone bars gently. Safety first — if unsure about wiring, hire a qualified electrician. 2 Fix the BackplateSecure the black metal backplate to a standard US wall junction box, using suitable wall anchors if needed. Check it sits perfectly level before wiring. 3 Connect the WiresConnect live (L), neutral (N), and ground (E) per the manual, then tuck the wires neatly into the box before fixing the fixture to the backplate. 4 Add Bulbs & Power OnFit warm-white bulbs (we recommend 2700–3000K for the glow shown), restore power, and enjoy.

Are the bars real alabaster or resin?

Each bar is genuine natural alabaster, never resin or acrylic. The veining and warm glow are one of a kind, so your alabaster wall sconce has its own unique character — slight variation between pieces is the mark of authentic stone, not a defect.
