The Corvin Alabaster Column Wall Sconce is architecture reduced to two elements: a slender column of natural stone, and the geometric bracket that holds it. Each tube is carved from genuine natural alabaster and set into a clean right-angled arm — no ornament, no curves, nothing decorative. Just a straight line of stone rising from the wall like a lit candle carved from alabaster.

Offered in three configurations — a single upward column, a double column rising in parallel, and a twin column running up and down through a center bracket — and in warm brass, matte black, or brushed nickel. Its narrow footprint suits the places a wide fixture can't go: flanking a mirror or bed, marching down a hallway, or framing a doorway in pairs.
Alabaster is a natural stone, so every piece carries its own veining and subtle variation in color. The fixture you receive may therefore differ slightly from the images shown.

Is the column real alabaster?
Yes. Every column is carved from genuine natural alabaster — never resin, glass, or acrylic. Because it's real stone, each column has its own veining and slight color variation running its full length, which is the mark of authenticity, not a defect.
What bulb does it take?
It takes a standard E26 bulb — LED or Edison. We recommend a warm-white LED for the softest glow through the alabaster. The sconce hardwires to a common wall switch (switch not included).(Please contact us if you require dimming functionality.)
Will it be too bright or glary?
No. Light spreads inside the stone rather than shooting straight out, so you get a soft amber glow with no visible hotspot — comfortable to sit beside and easy to look at directly. It's ambient light rather than a bright task beam.
Which configuration should I choose?
The single column (4.7″ W) suits a bedside, hallway, or flanking a mirror — elegant in pairs. The double column (7.9″ W) gives fuller light for a vanity or larger mirror. The twin column (22″ H) is the tallest and throws light both up and down the wall, ideal for a statement entry.
What height should I mount it at?
As a guide, center the sconce about 60–66″ from the floor — roughly eye level. Flanking a mirror, keep a pair just outside the glass and 28–40″ apart; in a hallway, space fixtures 8–10 ft apart for an even rhythm of light.
