How many strands should I choose for my room?
It depends on the space. 1–2 strands suit a dining table, kitchen island, or bedroom; 3 strands work well in a living room or medium open space; and 4–5 strands create dramatic impact in stairwells, foyers, and high-ceilinged areas. Each strand comes in 98.4″ or 118″ lengths.
Can I arrange it in different shapes?
Yes — that's the beauty of the flexible leather frame. You can install it horizontally, in a U-shape, a flowing wave, or vertically staggered, then fine-tune the curve to suit your space. It's as much a light sculpture as a fixture.
How high should it hang above a table or island?
Keep the lowest droplet about 30–36″ above the tabletop or counter. Over open floor, ensure at least 7 ft (84″) of clearance underneath. For staircases, stagger the drops so none hangs into the walking path.
What is it made of?
The droplet shades are glass, suspended from a flexible leather frame in black. The glass is available in transparent (crisp and sparkling) or smoky grey (moodier and more intimate).
What kind of light does it give?
Each droplet has an integrated LED with a warm 3000K glow (25W total), diffused softly from within for a comfortable, glare-free atmosphere. Note the standard version uses a push-button switch and is not dimmable.
