In the 1960s, the grand hotels along the Lido of Venice glowed every evening with chandeliers of thick, coloured glass. The Lido Textured Glass Chandelier brings that golden age home.
- Curved by hand. Each panel is formed into a gentle curve, giving the chandelier its softly waisted crown
- Textured surface. The rippled, hammered texture catches and scatters light, so the glow moves across the glass
- Rich, lasting colour. Blue, Pink and Brown glow warmly when lit, look jewel-like by day, and stay that way for years
- Natural character. Small variations in texture, tone and tiny air bubbles are the marks of handmade glass, not defects
- Materials: Metal frame, handmade textured glass
Design & Materials
Up to 112 curved, hand-textured glass panels are fixed one by one onto a ring of metal pins, forming a softly waisted crown. Their rippled surface breaks the light into gentle movement, so the glow feels warm and alive rather than flat.
Choose the 1-tier drum chandelier for a dining table, bedroom or entryway, or the 3-tier glass chandelier for a living room, stairwell or high-ceilinged hall. With Blue, Pink or Brown glass on a gold or nickel frame, this mid-century Italian style chandelier suits art deco, modern classic and Hollywood Regency interiors.

Good to Know
1-tier or 3-tier: which should I choose?
The 1-tier (Ø 60 × H 19 cm, 6 bulbs, 50 glass panels) is a low drum for dining tables, bedrooms, kitchens and standard 2.4 m ceilings. The 3-tier (Ø 67 × H 60 cm, 12 bulbs, 112 glass panels) gives twice the light and is a statement piece for living rooms, foyers and stairwells, best with ceilings of about 2.7 m or more.
What size suits my room?
Add the room’s length and width in feet; the total in inches is a good diameter. A 10 × 13 ft room suits about 23″ (the 1-tier); a 12 × 14 ft room suits about 26″ (the 3-tier). Over a table, choose about half to two-thirds of the table width.
How high should I hang it?
Over a table, 75–90 cm (30–36″) from the tabletop to the bottom of the glass. In a walkway or living area, keep at least 210 cm (83″) between the floor and the bottom of the chandelier.
Which glass colour and frame should I pick?
Blue feels fresh and suits white walls, wood and nickel. Pink gives the warmest, most flattering glow for bedrooms and dining rooms. Brown glows deep amber and suits classic or darker rooms. Gold is warm and vintage; nickel is cooler and more contemporary.
How many glass panels does it have?
The 1-tier has 50 curved glass panels; the 3-tier has 112, arranged in three rings. Each panel is hand-textured, so it catches and scatters the light differently.
