1 Power Off & Plan the LayoutSwitch off power at the breaker and confirm the wires are dead with a voltage tester. Unpack each pendant carefully — handle the glass and porcelain shades gently — and lay out the drop heights you want before mounting. For multi-head configurations we recommend a professional electrician. 2 Set Each Drop HeightEach pendant comes with a 200cm (78.7″) wire that can be shortened on install or extended on request. Vary the drops for that signature random, staggered cascade — aim for the lowest pendant 30–36″ above a tabletop. 3 Mount the Plate & ConnectSecure the ceiling plate (round, square, or rectangular) to the junction box, then connect live (L), neutral (N), and ground (E) per the manual. Tuck wires neatly and set the plate flush. 4 Fit Bulbs & Power OnInstall the G4 bulbs — a warm-white bulb brings out the soft porcelain glow — restore power, and fine-tune any drop heights for a balanced cascade.
How many pendants can I choose, and what ceiling plates are available?
You can choose from a wide range of head counts — from a single pendant up to 61 — with round, square, or rectangular ceiling plates. Smaller counts suit intimate spaces; larger counts and rectangular plates suit long tables, stairwells, and grand rooms.
What are the globes made of?
Each shade is made of porcelain and borosilicate glass, which diffuse the light into a warm, soft, glare-free glow. As one happy customer put it, the glow through the porcelain is soft and dreamy.
Can I adjust the hanging height?
Yes. Every pendant comes with a 200cm (78.7″) wire that can be shortened during installation, or extended on request. Vary the drops to create the signature random, staggered cascade for your ceiling.
What size should I choose for my space?
See the configuration guide above. As a rule: 1–7 heads for bedsides, nooks, and small tables; 11–19 heads for dining rooms, living rooms, and foyers; and 21–61 heads for grand stairwells, double-height foyers, and commercial spaces. Rectangular plates suit long tables and linear runs.
