Design & Materials

The idea came from the simplest light there is: a single candle in a quiet room. We kept its tall, narrow shape and gave it to stone. A column of alabaster takes the place of the wax, and a round brass sphere sits on top like a drop of light caught just before it falls. Switch it on and the whole column glows warm from within, its veining rising to the surface in soft clouds of cream and amber.

At just 2.4″ wide, it is a mini alabaster pendant that fits where larger fixtures cannot. Hang one as a bedside pendant light, run three or four as kitchen island pendant lights, drop a cluster down a stairwell, or frame an entryway with a pair. Choose a cord or a rod, in brass, black or nickel.
